Hey everyone
Jessi here from My Life in Arts n Crafts!

For my project today I used the Baby Block Unicorn
I created an offset of .250 to get a seam allowance. I did design the project in Silhouette and then used my Cricut maker to cut it out. I LOVE my cricut maker.

I used a fat quarter in a pretty galaxy print and some Avery dark transfer material. DONT mirror with this stuff this stuff you don't mirror I cant say that enough!!
Now I did fight with my sewing machine a bit, I'm still trying to get the whole sewing thing down... apparently that doesn't come naturally to me like it did my mother

I recommend pressing your fabric, sewing it inside out, pressing it again, than putting the transfer on then pressing from the back... I tried to turn mine after putting the transfer on and found I stitched through part.... but meh I'm giving it to a small child she won't care either way. I did add a ribbon loop also so that it has a finger handle or hang keys on it.

Cutie KaToodles - Springtime Donkey

Could it be true?
I hope it is!

Welcome, Springtime!

I made a sign to welcome Springtime using the file
I am so happy to see some spring temperatures.
I can't wait to sit outside and enjoy nature.

I added a heart brad to attach the tail to the donkey and some
glitter to the words.

Printed Happy Birthday Card

Hey everyone, Jessi here from My Life in Arts.
I created a completely printed card for my project today.
I pulled colors from the image in the silhouette software to have my layers match my image perfectly. I then crated a sentiment with a beautiful font.
I used the Flower Pot Cutie for my image.

Patriotic Bandana Bib

Hey everyone, Jessi here from My Life in Arts n’ Crafts.
Today I am sharing a cute baby gift using the Stars and Bears File
I printed it on Transfer paper so I could Iron it on to my little bib…. DONT FORGET TO MIRROR when doing inject transfers….
 I forgot…
I used some White cotton fabric and some Patriotic cotton from Walmart. You really only need 2 fat quarters for this project with plenty of extra fabric.

If you are interested in snagging the free bandana bib file it’s over in my group on facebook. I have it as an SVG and a PDF.
I really like how this came out with the image as the focal point. I created a little tag by pressing my craft name on to a piece of ribbon and sandwiching it while stitching my bib.

Sleeping Unicorn Planner Cover

Hey Everyone! Jessi Here from My Life in Arts n' Crafts..

For today's Project I created a planner cover for my Happy Planner
I am kind of in love with Galaxy and Unicorns so when Melissa came out with the New unicorns I said I NEEDED them... We always need unicorns right??

I used the Sleepy Moon Unicorn and my Silhouette software to print out a cover.
I looked up galaxy backgrounds, found one I liked filled that in to a rectangle.
I added my name and "I love you to the Moon and Back. I will have a video on how I made it step by step so make sure you follow me on my page!
I used the We r Memory Keepers Planner Punch with the disc punches.

Cutie KaToodles - Santa Elf Tags

SOOOOOO many fun files!
The possibilities are endless.

Today I have 2 Christmas tags. The file,
Cutie KaToodles - Santa Elf Tags
is already made into tags but
most of Kadoodle Bug Files could
be made into tags by adding a
circle to a part of the piece.

Let's not forget those cute Googly Eyes.
They come in so many shapes and colors now.
Add some ribbon and you've got yourself a
cute tag.
